CO2 Meter Europe sells indoor air quality instruments online across Europe. It is the European store of The CO2 Company, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, and it is online only with no showroom, no collection point, no installation service and no air quality survey or consultancy service.

The range is narrow and it is worth stating what it does and does not include. IT SELLS: CO2 monitors that read carbon dioxide, temperature and humidity, in two forms, a palm sized portable meter with an audible alarm reading 400 to 5000 ppm and a large wall mounted jumbo display; ozone plate machines used to break down odours in UNOCCUPIED spaces; a cordless handheld fine mist sprayer supplied empty; a UV light wand; a non-contact thermometer; canned oxygen; and a reusable cloth face covering and a clear face visor. IT DOES NOT SELL: particulate meters (nothing measures PM2.5 or PM10), VOC meters, filter based or HEPA air purifiers, or certified respiratory protective equipment.

Carbon dioxide is presented throughout as an indicator of VENTILATION and not as a health or safety measurement. Reference points used: outdoor air is roughly 400 to 420 ppm, a well ventilated room usually stays below 800 ppm, and above about 1000 to 1500 ppm a room is largely recirculating its own air. A CO2 monitor does not detect carbon monoxide, smoke or particulates, and it is not a substitute for a carbon monoxide alarm. An ozone machine is not an air purifier: ozone is a respiratory irritant, so a space is treated while empty and aired out before it is used again. No accuracy tolerance or calibration figure is published for either meter, so none is claimed, and no calibration certificates are available.

Prices are in euro. Delivery is Europe wide, free on orders of EUR 50 or more and otherwise a flat EUR 22, arriving in 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. Payment is by card (Stripe) or PayPal.

Returns: every product in this range is a stock item, so nothing is made to the customer's specification and the Article 16(c) exemption does not apply to anything sold here. Stock items carry the statutory 14 day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Items worn on the face can only be returned unopened and unused. Rights for faulty or misdescribed goods under the legal guarantee of conformity, Directive (EU) 2019/771, apply to everything and are unaffected.
