Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can, and where a manufacturer publishes no figure, such as an accuracy tolerance or a measuring range, we say so rather than estimate one. Colours and finishes can appear differently on different screens, and small differences between an image and the item you receive are normal and not a fault.
Installation guidance is general
Any guidance on this site about ventilation levels, where to place a monitor or how to use an ozone machine is general advice. Our monitors report carbon dioxide, temperature and humidity as an indication of ventilation. They are not medical or safety devices, they do not detect carbon monoxide, smoke or particulates, and they must not be relied on for safety decisions. Fit a dedicated carbon monoxide alarm and keep your smoke alarms. Ozone is a respiratory irritant, so an ozone machine is used only in an unoccupied space which is then aired out before it is used again. Always follow the label of any solution you put through a sprayer.
