What buying in bulk gets you
A lower price per unit
The unit price falls as the quantity rises. On a site with twenty or thirty rooms to cover, that difference is the whole budget conversation. It is the same product either way.
The same model across a site
Buying a few at a time means whatever was in stock that month. Ordering in one go means every room has the same unit, so readings are comparable and staff only learn one device.
Delivery to multiple sites
Send us the addresses and quantities per site and we will split the shipment, so each building gets what it needs without someone redistributing boxes.
Straight answers for procurement
We will send whatever the manufacturer publishes. Where a figure does not exist, such as an accuracy tolerance, we will tell you rather than fill the gap, because that is not a surprise anyone wants after delivery.
Working out the quantity
Three things usually decide it:
- Count ventilated spaces, not floor area. A room with its own door, windows and vents behaves differently from the one beside it, so one monitor describes its own room. Two rooms sharing one open plan airflow can share a monitor; two closed rooms cannot.
- Decide who reads it. Rooms in constant use want the wall mounted jumbo, because a number the room can see gets acted on. Compact meters are better for spot checking a building, so many sites buy mostly wall units plus a few portables.
- Start smaller than you think. On a large site it is usually worth putting one unit in the worst room first. What you learn there often changes the order.

What we will not claim on a tender
Worth saying before you build us into a specification. No accuracy tolerance or calibration figure is published for either meter, no calibration certificates are available, and these are not certified or calibrated instruments. Our face coverings carry no protective standard and are not certified PPE. If your procurement requires any of that, tell us at the quote stage and we will tell you plainly that we cannot meet it rather than let you find out later.

Yes. Count separately ventilated rooms rather than pupil numbers, because one monitor covers one ventilated space.
How many monitors does a school need?
One per separately ventilated room is the honest answer. Rooms sharing one open plan airflow can share a monitor.
Should a school buy the compact or the wall mounted monitor?
Wall mounted for classrooms in constant use, because the room can see the number. Compact units are useful for spot checking rooms.
Can you invoice rather than take card payment?

What does delivery cost on a wholesale order?
It depends on size and destination, and it is included in the quote rather than added later.
How long does a wholesale order take?
Standard delivery is 5 to 7 days after handling. Large orders can differ, and the quote will say.
Do you hold stock for repeat orders?

Can we have the products branded?
No, we do not offer branding or private labelling.
Do you provide specification sheets for procurement?
We will send what the manufacturer publishes. Be aware that for the current meters that does not include an accuracy tolerance, and we will not fill that gap with a number we cannot support.
Do the meters come with calibration certificates?
No. No calibration certificate is available for these models. If your procurement requires one, tell us before ordering because we would rather lose the order than mislead you.
Are the products certified for workplace safety use?
No. Our monitors are ventilation instruments, and our face coverings are not certified PPE. If a risk assessment names a standard, buy equipment carrying that mark.
Can you help us work out what to order?
Yes. Describe the building, the rooms and what you are trying to find out, and we will suggest a sensible quantity rather than the biggest one.
Do you offer a trial or sample?
For a large order, ask. It is often sensible to test one unit in one room first.
What payment terms do you offer?
Tell us what you need and we will tell you what is possible.
Can we return unused stock?
Wholesale returns are handled case by case rather than under the consumer 14 day rule. Agree it with us in writing before you order if it matters.
What warranty applies on a bulk order?
The same statutory rights as any other order for faulty or misdescribed goods. Ask us if you need something beyond that.
Do you ship outside Europe for wholesale?

Who is my contact for a large order?

Can we get a purchase order raised against a quote?
Yes, quotes are written so they can be used that way.
What if we need a product you do not stock?
