What categories do you stock?

Which is your best selling product?
The compact CO2 meter. It is the cheapest way to find out whether a room is ventilated.
What is the difference between the two CO2 monitors?
Screen size and mounting, not capability. Both read carbon dioxide, temperature and humidity.
Which monitor is best for a classroom?
The jumbo wall mounted one, because a number the room can see gets acted on. The compact meter with its alarm also works if nobody will be watching a screen.
Which is best for a bedroom?
The compact meter. A closed bedroom climbs overnight and the morning reading is usually the surprise that starts people ventilating.
Do any of your meters log data?
No. They are live displays. There is no logging, export, app or network connection on any of them.
Do your monitors need calibrating?
No calibration procedure is published for either model. If documented accuracy matters for your use, ask us before ordering.
How accurate are the meters?
The listings give measuring ranges but no accuracy tolerance, so we do not quote one. We would rather say that than invent a figure.
What does the ozone machine do?
It generates ozone to break down odours in an unoccupied space. It is a treatment you apply and leave, not a purifier that runs in the background.
Can I run the ozone machine while I am in the room?
No. Ozone is a respiratory irritant. The room is treated empty and aired out before anyone goes back in.
What is the difference between the ozone machine and the commercial air purifier?
They are two different products at two prices. Both are ozone based rather than filter based. Ask us if you are unsure which suits the space.
Do you sell replacement filters?
No, because nothing we sell uses a filter cartridge.
What is the nano spray gun for?
Applying a liquid as a fine, even, fast drying mist. It arrives empty and you choose what goes in it.
Does the spray gun disinfect?
The device does not. Whatever solution you put in it does, on that product's own label terms. We make no efficacy claim for the sprayer.
Are the face coverings PPE?
No. No filtration rating or protective standard is published for either the mask or the visor, so neither is certified protective equipment.
Why does the mask have a valve?
It makes breathing easier for longer wear. It also means your exhaled breath leaves through the valve, so it is the wrong choice where the point is protecting other people.
What pack sizes do the masks and visors come in?
The mask is single, 3, 10 and 50. The visor starts at a 3 pack and goes to 10 and 50.
Are prices per item or per pack?
The price shown is for the pack you select, and the cost per item drops as the pack gets larger.
Is everything in stock?
The range is small and held in stock. If something is unavailable when you order we will tell you rather than sit on it.
How much is delivery?
Free over €50, otherwise €22, anywhere we ship in Europe.
How quickly will it arrive?
5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time.
Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Usually. For logistical reasons items in one order can occasionally ship separately, and you will get tracking either way.
What payment methods can I use?
Credit and debit cards, and PayPal.
Are the prices in euro?
Yes, every price and the checkout are in EUR.
Can I get a discount for a larger order?
Yes, that is what the wholesale quote page is for. Tell us the quantity.
Can I return an item?
You have 14 days from delivery on unused items. Anything worn on the face has to be unopened for us to take it back.
Who pays return postage?
See the refunds and returns page for the current position on return costs before you send anything back.
Do you sell particulate or VOC meters?
No. If you need PM2.5, PM10 or VOC measurement, buy a dedicated instrument elsewhere.

Yes, and it is worth asking. Describe the room and what is bothering you and we will tell you what helps, including when the answer is nothing we sell.
